Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Life Leverage ("the Service"), operated by Manne IT Solutions Private Limited, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Life Leverage is a personal life-management platform: modules for people, time, money, goals, notes and health, plus an AI assistant and scheduled agent routines. Features vary by plan and may evolve; we will not materially reduce the core value of a paid plan mid-subscription.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity on your account.
• One person per account; family plans provide separate seats.

3. Your content

You own everything you put into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. You can export your data at any time and delete it as described on our Data Deletion page.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, infringe others' rights, or upload malicious code;
• probe, overload or disrupt the Service or other users' accounts;
• resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement;
• use the AI features to generate content that is illegal or harmful.

5. AI features — important notice

Assistant responses and routine outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are information, not professional advice. Do not rely on them as financial, medical, legal or tax advice; verify important decisions independently.

6. Plans, billing & refunds

• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancel anytime and keep access until the period ends.
• Prices are shown before purchase and include applicable taxes where required.
• If something is broken on our side, tell us within 14 days of a charge and we will make it right — usually with a refund.

7. Third-party services

Integrations (Google services, Telegram and others) are governed by their own terms. Connecting them is optional and under your control.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections 3, 8 and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana — without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
